A practical order for learning the room
Most new operators do not need every session. Use this path as a map: start where your risk is highest, skip steps you already own, and book only the lessons that close a real gap.
1. Site Readiness Review
Before hardware ships. Confirm circuit headroom, cable path, and whether the intended wall can take heat and noise. Skip if a licensed electrician and you already signed off on the same points.
2. Day-One ASIC Setup Intensive
The core lesson: seat the miner, bring it online, and leave with a rack map plus a seventy-two hour watch list. Recommended for almost every first room.
3. Ventilation Planning Session
Book when intake air is already warm, neighbors share a wall, or you plan more than two high-power units. Produces a sketch a duct fabricator can price.
4. Stable Operation Coaching
Four weekly check-ins after day one. Useful when reject rates wander, dust builds fast, or you are tempted to raise voltage before the room proves itself.
Typical timing
Readiness one to two weeks before delivery. Intensive on install day. Ventilation within the first fortnight if temperatures climb. Coaching covers the following month.
You can reverse readiness and intensive only when the miner is already on site and the circuit is confirmed.
